Hi, my wife is American and both my children has their american passports. I am a South African. What would be the easiest way to come to Texas? I am not sure if it is permanent a permanent move yet and I should not have difficulty finding a job. We have been married and living in SA for 11 years.

I am considering applying for an E visa if I invest in an existing business. I have a grand son who lives with me since birth. If I decide to invest in the business, could he also apply for the E1. I
