In a nutshell… we don’t have any ambitions to collect any more information from you than is necessary. We don’t purposefully track your surfing habits before or after you have visited our website. We will not give or sell your contact information to anyone, unless we state otherwise on the form where the information is collected.
Here are the details:
We use website visitor analytics software to obtain statistics about our visitors. This software uses your IP address, a unique number that is assigned to your internet connection, to track your movement around our website. You are not personally identified at all. Your visit data merely becomes part of overall visitor statistics.
We may have one or more contact forms on our site that you may use to contact us for various purposes. We collect your name, email address, and possibly some other information about you when you use these forms. Generally, we will only use this information to respond to your request, and will not give or sell your information to anyone else without your knowledge. There is one exception: If you use our realtor request form, we have to pass that information on to a realtor, which is the reason why you used that form in the first place.
We have a mailing list where we collect information from people who are interested in receiving periodic emails from us. If you sign up on our mailing list, you automatically agree to receive such emails from us. We will not give or sell our mailing list to anyone else. Any emails from us will contain a link where you may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.
Our Blog allows people to leave comments. As part of that process, you will be asked for your name and email address. We don’t do anything with your name and email address other than the fact that they are recorded in the comment system. We will not sell or give that information to anyone else. Please be aware that blog comments are public. Do not post any comments that you might not want to be associated with later.
